built42 ist mein privates Labor.

I have been in mobile marketing for 15 years. As a Director, I led teams of 60+ people, held P&L responsibility, and was part of the Senior Leadership Team.

Then AI happened. I knew the shift was too massive to just manage from the sidelines. So I deliberately stepped down from the management role to get back to building hands-on. Today, as Principal Growth & Automation at Phiture, I orchestrate AI agents and automation systems.

This focus naturally spilled over into my evenings and weekends. I build my own native apps for a purely pragmatic reason: to be a better growth marketer, I need to understand the mechanics beneath the surface.

I need permanent, real access to App Store Connect and the Google Play Console. I want to go through the entire process myself. No asking designers. No briefing developers. I ship the build and wait for the Apple review.

Keine Designer fragen. Keine Entwickler briefen.

People now ask an AI assistant which app to use instead of searching the App Store. That demand leaves no trace. No keyword volume, no impressions, no rank. None of the ASO tools I work with can see it.

Since June 2026, validcube has asked several AI assistants the same fixed questions every month and recorded which apps they name. A script counts the mentions, no model grades them. The questions are published, so anyone can rerun them.

The index records what the assistants answer, not what anyone installs afterwards. It also keeps me honest: Just Start is in the fitness roster, and so far not one assistant has named it.

Claude Code writes the Swift and Kotlin for the native apps, and the web apps that Capacitor wraps for the stores. I use Playwright MCP so it can run automated browser tests on its own. The backend runs on Supabase. Figma handles screenshot templates, Fastlane automates localized assets and store uploads. In one project I wire up Mixpanel to track funnels, in another RevenueCat for in-app purchases. Every tool is picked for the same reason: to understand how things actually work.

I build and test growth mechanics directly within the product. I integrate deep links so users can join groups with a single tap. I use cross-device push notifications so users can nudge their friends inside the app. I also set up the analytics myself, event by event, so the funnels measure what actually happens.
